On my first visit to Lagniappe CrossFit, I had no idea what to expect and how hard it would be. I Told Chandler I had a herniated disc but was good to go otherwise. After my first workout, I was spent, exhausted, and pissed on how out of shape I was. I thought that by going to the gym regularly would have prepared me for this. I was wrong and I immediately signed up. Almost 10 months later, I’m at 204 lbs., no longer borderline diabetic or cholesterol issues.
I’m glad I made the investment… because I really saw a difference in my body, health, psyche, and overall being. Thank you for providing this space for me and others to really push and find our inner strength. SHAPE NOLA program!
I joined the Lagniappe family in June and I’ve never been stronger, faster, or healthier (let along all 3 at the same time!). Lagniappe’s programming lets me keep smashing personal records, and the sense of family I get here is the best of any gym I’ve ever been around. It’s a great feeling knowing that as long as I’m willing to show up, go all out, and trust the programming, I’ll keep getting better and better!
